Donate

We gladly accept monetary donations, as well as books and other materials, with the understanding that they will be used at the Library's discretion. Materials may be added to the Library's collection, sold in our booksale, or donated to another organization.

For donations of artistic or historical value, we encourage you to fill out this Deed of Gift (pdf).

If you'd like to make a donation in memory of a friend or loved one, the Library will collaborate with you to find and purchase a suitable item and place in it a bookplate acknowledging your loved one's memory.

From our policy manual:

All items donated to the library become property of the TJHPPL and the City of Pryor Creek. The library staff will not make appraisals on the value of gifts.
